The novel Save Me was written by Mona Kasten and published in 2018. It deals with the story of Ruby Bell, a young girl who is a scholarship student at Maxton Hall. Her biggest dream is to study at Oxford. She falls in love with James, a rich and famous boy who plays lacrosse on the school team.
Before their relationship, they hate each other. While they are together, they have difficulties. For example, James‘ father doesn’t support them.
The romance novel My Fault, written by Mercedes Ron and published in 2017, is about Noah, a seventeen-year-old girl who has to move to Los Angeles after her mother marries William Leister, one of the wealthiest and most influential people in LA, leaving behind her whole life. When she meets her new stepbrother Nicholas, who seems to be a spoiled rich college student, she makes no effort to get along with him, especially when she discovers Nick’s secret life of car racing and street fights. Besides that, Noah carries her own burden. But what they fail to take into account is the ever-increasing physical attraction between them – strong enough to turn their world upside down. Can their love resist the dark sides of the LA streets and Noah’s past?
Dragonborn: Become the Impossible is a novel by Struan Murray, published in February 2026. It follows Alex Evans, a twelve-year-old girl who discovers a beautiful world full of magic, fairies and wonders, as well as her own dragon heritage. As a project, I created a kind of school magazine in which Alex Evans, the main character, is interviewed about how she found out that she was a dragon in the first place.
The Gothic horror novel Dracula, written by Bram Stoker and published in 1897, is about Jonathan Harker, who travels to Transylvania and meets Count Dracula, who is his host. After returning to London, Count Dracula follows him and causes trouble in Harker’s hometown. People go missing mysteriously, others pass away, while some have strange encounters with bats. A vampire hunter disguised as a doctor named Van Helsing realizes what is happening and hunts down Count Dracula together with some other people, freeing the victims and killing the Count in the process.
The book After Passion, written by Anna Todd and published in 2019, is about Tessa, a young girl who is new at a college, where she meets Hardin, an older boy. They are very different. She is a quiet person, and he is like a bad boy who is mean to girls and doesn’t follow any rules. Their initial mutual hatred turns into deep love over the course of the story.
For this project, I worked on „The Seven Dials Mystery“ by Agatha Christie. The story begins with the mysterious death of Gerald Wade, who is found dead in his bedroom after his friends played a prank by placing eight alarm clocks in his room. When his body is discovered, only seven clocks remain, making the case suspicious. Throughout the novel, several suspects are investigated before the mystery is finally solved. I created a complete police case file as if I were part of the investigation. I designed police files for the main suspects, fingerprint record sheets, witness statement reports, a forensic evidence report, a police case report, a crime scene sketch, and evidence photographs. (Where the book did not provide enough details, I added information that fit the story).
